This is a new laptop, and the card only goes half way in, it looks like the slot is only half the size it should be when you look further inside. Is the standard size changing or am i going mad? The card fits in my older laptop, any suggestions, or anyone else had same prob?

are you putting it into the compact flash or express slot?
you could be using the wrong slot,you shouldn’t need a wireless card it should be ready for wireless check system info to see if it has the ability to go wireless without using a card
