fans are designed to spin in order to cool. the spinning fan makes a noise.
Fans in laptops are supposed to make noise. If the fan doesn’t work then your laptop will overheat.
The fan makes noise because the computer gets hot. There’s nothing wrong with a loud fan other than the fan itself.
Well the sound you are hearing is the sound of the fan spinning. Sense there is going to be friction on the parts of the fan, its going to make noise.
If the noise gets to loud, like if it sounds like it taking off then you might want to call the company.
Even if a fan started off completely silent they very rarely stay that way. It’s probably one of two things. Most likely it’s simply got dusty; there is no real way of avoiding this. If it’s making a real racket it could be that a cable has somehow started brushing the fan. It is unlikely that this will do damage, as the fan is not very powerful, although if the fan slows too much your computer may overheat.
