I bought a fujitsu laptop and What they gave me was wrong! What should i do?

I brought a laptop from my polytechnic in Singapore, it a Fujitsu E8210 life book. I requested for special pack C upgrade which upgrade my current laptop to a better laptop

And upgrade of hard drive from 100gb to 120gb

What is wrong with laptops imported from china?

I am interested in this HP laptop, but the shop says they import them from china. Can those machines assembled or imported from China be trusted as in are they durable?
The shop says they give 1 year international warranty as well….yet I’m a bit reluctant since it is not imported from original HP manufacturers…
