I bought a fujitsu laptop and What they gave me was wrong! What should i do?

I brought a laptop from my polytechnic in Singapore, it a Fujitsu E8210 life book. I requested for special pack C upgrade which upgrade my current laptop to a better laptop
Pentium Processor(this was correct)
And upgrade of hard drive from 100gb to 120gb
It gave me 100gb and i was unsatisfied with it. A few of my friend have this problem too, My friend said: “just ignore it la,20 gb cost nothing” ,i paid for it and deserved to have it. I am asking this question to clarify whether am i correct or i am just asking a stupid question because the 20gb might be used somewhere which i don’t even know

Take it back and get the one you ordered, and ask to speak with someone in charge, the owner preferably and let them know that this didn’t just happen to you. It almost sounds like the old bait and switch, which is illegal. If they give you any hesitation then get your money back and report them. Good luck

There is a difference in the stated size of the drive and what it actually will hold, however a 20 gig difference is out of line. I suggest you send it back and let them know you are unhappy with it, or ask for a refund for the difference between the 120 gig and the 100 gig price
